Refund policy

This policy explains when BrilliantBuiltByBoaz will replace or refund an order. It applies to every purchase made on brilliantlybuiltbyboaz.com.

Our 30-day guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or refund it in full. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Past that window our production partners will not accept a claim, and neither can we.

What is covered

• Items damaged in transit.
• Printing or manufacturing faults.
• The wrong item, size, or color arriving in the box.
• Orders that never arrive, where tracking confirms non-delivery.

What is not covered

We are a made-to-order shop. Most items are produced specifically for you after you place your order, and personalized items carry your own names, dates, or photos. Because of this we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, or for personalization details submitted incorrectly at checkout.

Every apparel listing names the blank it is printed on and describes its fit. Please check sizing, color, and any personalization text before you check out.

How to make a claim

1. Email us at boazchancey@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of what is wrong, and a clear photo of the problem.
3. We will confirm your claim and tell you the outcome, normally within one business day.

The photo matters: it is what lets us file the claim with our production partner, and it is usually what removes the need to send anything back.

Replacement or refund

Where the fault is ours, the choice is yours: a replacement of the same item, or a full refund of what you paid, including any shipping you were charged. We cover the cost either way. In the rare case we need the item returned, we pay the return shipping and send you a prepaid label. We never ask you to pay to return a faulty item.

Exchanges

We do not operate an exchange program. If something is wrong we will refund you or send a replacement of the same item, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund it is normally visible on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling or changing an order

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production we can usually change or cancel it. Once a made-to-order item is in production we cannot, because it is being made specifically for you.
