Where we ship from

Orders ship from Fernandina Beach, Florida, or direct from our production partners, depending on the item.

Where we ship to

We ship across the United States. Selected items also ship internationally; available destinations and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates

  • US standard shipping: $8.00
  • US standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more
  • US express shipping: $15.00
  • International: calculated at checkout by destination and item

All rates are shown in full at checkout. We do not add fees after you have paid.

Processing and delivery times

Made-to-order items such as custom apparel, personalized mugs and photo shirts are printed after you order, so allow production time before shipping begins. Typical production is 2 to 5 business days, then transit time on top.

Stocked and sourced items such as pickleball gear, pet supplies and home goods move faster because they are not made to order, and usually leave within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can add time.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Check your spam folder if it has not appeared. If tracking has gone quiet and your parcel has not arrived, tell us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Split shipments

Items from the same source ship together where possible. An order mixing made-to-order and stocked items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you.

Personalized orders

Double-check spelling, dates and photo choices before you check out. Once a personalized item goes into production we cannot change it, because it is being made specifically for you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking confirms it was never delivered, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace or refund it under our Refund Policy.
