These Terms of Service govern your use of brilliantlybuiltbyboaz.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

This store is operated by BrilliantBuiltByBoaz, based at 1445 Sadler Rd, Suite 1040, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034, United States. In these terms, we, us and our refer to BrilliantBuiltByBoaz; you and your refer to the customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated otherwise at checkout. We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can, but screens vary and printed colors can differ slightly from what you see on your device. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where we cannot fulfil to your address, or where we suspect fraud.

Made-to-order and personalized items

Many of our products are printed or made after you order. Personalized items are produced using the names, dates, spellings and images you submit at checkout, exactly as submitted, so please check them carefully. Once a made-to-order item enters production we cannot change or cancel it.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order or personalized goods.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the other providers listed at checkout.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, photographs and text on this site are owned by BrilliantBuiltByBoaz or used with permission, and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without our written consent. When you submit a photo or text for a personalized product, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us permission to reproduce it on that product to fulfil your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose and not to submit content for personalization that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or obscene. We may refuse any personalization request at our discretion and refund the order.

Disclaimer and liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US federal or state law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
